Terms of Service

TuToSite offers video tutorials, structured learning paths, and progress tracking. Editorial content may change: lessons can be added, updated, or removed as the catalogue evolves.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.

Accounts are for individual, limited personal use. Account sharing, bypassing device or concurrent-stream limits, or other abusive multi-user use may lead to suspension.

We may suspend or close an account for clear breaches of these terms, intrusion attempts, content redistribution, or behaviour that harms security or other users’ experience.

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, admin interfaces, or underlying systems.
• Bypass security controls, Row Level Security policies, authentication checks, or session-gated playback controls.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or automate harvesting of course materials, metadata, or protected content.
• Record, redistribute, republish, or share outside the service videos or clips watched on TuToSite.
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content through service channels (including Feedback).
• Use TuToSite in a way that degrades availability for others.

The TuToSite brand, application code, design assets, logos, and the curated structure of courses and lessons are owned by GRC Madagascar, unless stated otherwise.

Videos hosted by third parties (including YouTube) remain subject to their authors’ rights and the host platform’s terms. No licence is granted beyond personal use of the service as provided.

Playback may show a discreet per-account forensic watermark (masked identifier and timestamp). It deters and helps trace unauthorised redistribution; captures or shares outside the service may be linked to your account and may lead to suspension.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of TuToSite assets is prohibited.

Tutorial playback depends on third-party services (especially YouTube). Outages, video removals, or API changes may affect access to some content without constituting a breach by us.

Authentication and storage rely on Supabase; some email delivery relies on Resend. TuToSite availability may follow that of these providers.

TuToSite is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRC Madagascar is not liable for indirect damages, data loss from misuse, or interruptions caused by third-party providers, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control.

Tutorials are informational and practical. They do not replace personalised professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements evolve. The date at the top of this page controls. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply where you live. We will seek an amicable resolution before formal dispute proceedings.
