Política de reembolso

It applies to subscription payments processed via our mobile-money partners (e.g. FiveOne Pay / MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money). Free content involves no payment or refund.

You may request a refund within 48 hours of a first subscription payment if you have not heavily used paid catalog access.

Renewals are reviewed case by case; heavy use after renewal may lead to a refusal.

Email contact@tutosite.com from your TuToSite account email with the payment reference (from the confirmation email) and a short explanation.

We typically reply within 5 business days. Refunds go back through the same payment channel when the provider allows it.

A refund may be refused if:

• The request is late without a valid reason.
• The account was used abusively (excessive sharing, limit bypass).
• Paid content was already heavily consumed in the period.
• Payment was never received or already refunded.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Access usually continues until the end of the paid period, unless your cancellation confirmation says otherwise.

Cancellation does not automatically refund remaining time.
